The victim, 30-year old Winmar Mingo of Barangay Lumbia, this city, was declared dead on arrival at the Northern  Mindanao Medical Center.

SPO4 Ricky Amparado of the Carmen police said the truck and SUV drivers fled.

Amparado said Mingo, who was going home from Carmen on a motorcycle, was first hit by a city proper-bound 10-wheeled truck with license plates TFV-407. It was loaded with falcata.

He said witnesses told him Mingo was still alive as he sprawled on the road until a speeding red SUV from Lumbia ran him over.

Like the truck driver, the driver of the SUV, bearing license plates A2X-850, fled, according to Amparado.

Amparado said investigators were on the process of identifying the owners and drivers of the truck and SUV.
