HONESTY is what the Brotherhood of Christian Businessman of the Philippines (BCBP) is demanding of everyone. Frankly, it is the one single word sorely missing in the dictionary of all the trapos and the filthy rich.

The Comelec en banc has declared Sen. Grace Poe-Llamanzares to be without honesty as she materially declared in her certificate of candidacy that she is qualified to run for the presidency when in truth and in fact she has not resided in the Philippines for the last 10 years from the filing of her certificate of candidacy.

Candidly, I am convinced that if only Poe-Lamanzares accepts wholeheartedly the reported offer by vice presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos to have a DNA test, the natural-born citizenship issue will surely be put to rest. But because Poe-Lamanzares has allegedly turned down the offer, she could be afraid of finding out that she may be an illegitimate daughter of the unlamented dictator, Ferdinand E. Marcos. Consequently, honesty is lost. Sadly she hides the truth on the skirt of “good faith,” a lonely phrase designed to dig from the grave the demise of honesty.

Perhaps, the PNoy appointees to the Supreme Court (now numbering six, with the last appointment of the President’s classmate at the Ateneo, unless memory fails me) forcibly injected “good faith” to cover up the lies that Senator Grace has voluntarily and freely stated in her own certificate of candidacy for the presidency. But the latest and consistent jurisprudence show beyond the shadow of any doubt that the residency requirement is as important and as compelling as that of the natural-born citizenship constitutional mandate.

We, Mindanaoans, do not have have to look far because in the Arnado case of Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, the Supreme Court categorically ruled that even “the voice of the people” through the ballots, cannot override, and is inferior to the constitutional mandate on the 10-year residency. In this Arnado case, the latter was elected by the people of Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, and was proclaimed by the Comelec as the winner in the May 2013 elections. However, the Supreme Court boldly unseated him for failing the residency requirement.

So what is the Supreme Court waiting for? The wrath of the poor people?

As a fair warning to Imperial Manila, the trapos of the existing political parties, especially from the Liberal Party and the UNA, Mindanaoans are united for the very first time in history even as we are pulling out all the stops and fortifying everything we’ve got to ensure the overwhelming victory of a President from Mindanao after the longest wait–80 years.

Believe you me, we are now in the no-nonsense process of solidifying the Mindanao-Sulu-Palawan-Basilan-Tawi-Tawi will to prevail and govern against any and all odds.

We have done it in 1986. Bear in mind that the epoch-making People Power was sparked and ignited by then young, idealistic and of uncommon valor in the persons of Pimentel-Adaza-Canoy-Climaco, Mindanaoans all. They are still around. While they may not be as physically strong as in 1986, they have multiplied their brilliance cum wisdom and the compelling mission to right the wrong in us inflicted by Imperial Manila, the trapos and the filthy rich.

Most importantly, lawyers Reuben R. Canoy, Homobono A. Adaza and Aquilino Q. Pimentel Jr. still command the consuming respect of the up and coming leaders of Mindanao only waiting to be tapped. In the days to come, the teeming millions of Mindanaoans would make sure that the Duterte-Cayetano team would win by a landslide in Mindanao, and in all the Cebuano-speaking Filipinos all over the archipelago who are mostly sick and tired of the never-ending empty promises, nauseating abuses, and the day-to-day lies by those in power and in government.

All the poor people of our country can rest assured that the ongoing cell by cell building by the Barog Pederal Mindanao (BPM-DC) would put up the necessary man-power on our own to ensure the landslide victory of Super Digong Duterte-Cayetano and his team by May 9, 2016.

2016 is Mindanao’s D-day!

Duterte-Cayetano pa more.

Tsada di ba?

“Never was there a time in history when God deserted his own people.”

At the height of Martial Law, Imperial Manila and the filthy rich were trembling in fear and on their knees. Most of them learned for the first time that there was God. Like all evil men about to meet their Creator, they assured one and all that they would lead a life of righteousness, ever caring for the poor, if only they would survive the ruthless conjugal dictatorship of Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos.

As we all know by now, when they were ultimately snatched from total damnation by Mindanao’s young and daring intellectuals led by PACC––Pimentel, Adaza, Canoy and Climaco––Imperial Manila and the filthy rich completely changed their rags to riches, and they unhesitatingly sent us all back to far more excruciating hardships. Since nothing is permanent in this world, and history keeps repeating itself so often, we are back once again to that time when Imperial Manila and the filthy rich are begging once our leaders from Mindanao for succor.

So, what shall we do when we all go out?

Sobra ka na, Imperial Manila. Sa Mindanao na ta!

“In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can to do me.” –Psalms LVI. 11

Thank you Lord for everything. And, Lord, God, kindly teach our leaders to practice honesty and humility so they shall accept the truth that they are our servants and not our masters, and those who have less in life are their true rulers: the sovereign and very source of power and wealth. Finally, Lord, make our leaders see the glaring light that greed is a flawed and fatal economic principle.

Look at all the greedy rich and you shall not fail to see agony written all over their faces, cosmetics and plastics notwithstanding. In fact, the more money and power they have, the lonelier and on the edge of emptiness and stress inching their horrific end.

Truly, there is more profit in giving than in taking. For it is in giving that we receive. Truly, love begets love. Amen!

Belated and continuing happy Valentines to everyone. Amen!
