Mayor Oscar Moreno and Msgr. Perseus Cabunoc,chair of the House of Hope Foundation sign documents, including deeds of donation, together with various stakeholders on Monday at House of Hope’s Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel. The event, dubbed “Kasaulogan sa Panag-uban,” marks a synergy of efforts by different stakeholders to further develop and sustain the House of Hope as the city’s mental health care facility. Other stakeholder-signatories include Dr. Ramon Nery of the JR Borja General Hospital, Dr. Jose Chan of the Northern Mindanao Medical Center, Estelita Almirante, representing the RIA Develeopment Corp., the donor of the adjoining sites to be developed by the city and the national government through the Department of Health.
