ITALPINAS Development Corporation (IDC) is set to complete Tower B of its flagship development in Cagayan de Oro City called Primavera Residences this month.
IDC is set to turn over the condominium units to their rightful owners as a turnover ceremony will happen on December 16.

Primavera is being built in Cagayan de Oro, in Pueblo de Oro Business Park, near SM Cagayan de Oro, a call center, and major establishments uptown.
Further, the presence of a green courtyard helps the building mitigate the high temperature during the entire year. Also, the cantilevers creates a shadow effect to protect the units from direct radiation with a dramatic decrease in temperature.
