Mader Sitang declared ‘undesirable alien’

In a Facebook post by Wilber Tolentino, former producer and manager of Thailand’s internet sensation “Mader Sitang,” he disclosed that the complaint he filed against the latter to the Bureau of Immigration has bore fruit.

Tolentino posted the order from the Bureau of Immigration declaring the Thai transgender as “undesirable alien” here in the Philippines. The order was signed by Immigration commissioner Jaime H. Morente along with other officers.

According to Tolentino, “We are thankful at nakita ng Bureau of Immigration na credible ang aking reklamo.

“We value this official pronouncement of the Bureau of Immigration for it stands for the legitimacy of our grievances .

“I am thanking my legal advisers for their tremendous support, and the Philippine Embassy of Thailand who assisted us well.

“We see this as justice rightly served.”
