The families of Tomawis, Dagalangit and Malambut apologized to each other and sworn before the Holy Qur’an,  that they will end their personal disputes to stand as an example of solidarity for this generation.

Wag nyo muna isipin ang politics. Isipin niyo ang dugo niyo, total bawat isa naman sa atin ay pwede naman siguro mag forgive at pag-usapan kung ano yung nararapat para mag tulong-tulong tayo,” Mangudadatu during the talks with the families involved in the conflict.

Mangudadatu added, “Sana naisip nila noon pa na walang panalo, kundi talo silang lahat na pamilya.”

He also expressed his gratitude for the families who opened up their doors for the talks and for the efforts of the Provincial Government of Maguindanao, local governments, and government security agencies who helped the families achieve a peaceful resolution to their conflicts.
