Military may end crisis in two months: Lorenzana

THE military is working to put an end to the Marawi crisis in two months, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said here over the weekend.

Lorenzana was reluctant in giving a specific timetable but he said the military is working to end the crisis in 60 days.

“It’s difficult to say when because of the difficulties being faced by our troops there. It can end early but it could also be delayed a little,” he said. (nitz arancon)
