NOW that Mindanaoans, the most abused and bullied Filipinos by Imperial Manila are feverishly preparing the way, and hopefully, the means to unify us all, our determined and feisty leader in Davao Mayor Rodrigo “Super Digong” Duterte in tandem with an equally upright freedom fighter in Sen. Alan Cayetano, will go full blast and the complete overhaul of the 1987 Cory (not the people’s) Constitution is within striking distance. Since our man has already assured our countrymen that in his presidency, he will call for a Charter change via a constitutional convention within six months, then the start to the full restoration of our people’s dream of having freedom and true independence has come of age.

However, since debilitating greed has been institutionalized by Imperial Manila, our task calls for real hard work and a lot of sweat, and even tears. Hence, we, the poor, cannot afford to be complacent.  And 24/7 is not enough. We have to “morning the night.”

All can be rest assured that before the month ends, we would already be in the process of securing our property rights to what we call “the hand-to-mouth generosity,” an entity which is separate from our endeavor to have our next President come from Mindanao. Be that as it may, both our dream to have a Mindanaoan President and our “hand-to-mouth-generosity” are geared towards unifying the poor, the deprived and the oppressed.

Without risking loss of what yours truly believe is a God-inspired dream, here’s how it is to be done:

  • As soon as yours truly will have filed the necessary documents for our property rights, we will, without fail, conduct a continuing daily education in the beauty of networking as opposed to the getich-quick scam, otherwise known as pyramiding, where most of the greedy have been victimized.
  • Our entities will be registered with the SEC/Cooperative and the Board of Directors/Trustees of the foundation/non-profit corporation/cooperative; it will be composed of known personalities with hearts for the poor, the deprived and the oppressed, who are themselves poor yet endowed with generosity only the poor can share without counting the cost but well-paying-and-saving entity.
  • In the getich-quick scam, investors shell out thousands of pesos and remain clients of the entity. Not in our projects. However, only bonafide members of “the hand-to-mouth generosity” will be qualified to become members of the Board/Trustees, who are elected by the general membership yearly.
  • Finally, a man of the cloth will be a co-signatory to the release of funds of the entity.

I have studied thoroughly the project for over a year now. However, always bear in mind that nothing in this world is perfect. Unless we put our trust in the goodness of man, especially the poor, God will not help us. Further, only by having faith, hope and love can we expect lasting peace and prosperity to the many who are poor.

Duterte pa more.

“Tyrants have not yet discovered any chain that can fitter the mind.” – Colton

So the 22nd Division of the Court of Appeals-Mindanao Station has spoken and granted dismissed transition Mayor Oscar S. Moreno a preliminary injunction, which to my mind, is even more controversial than its TRO or SQA. Further, it does not mean that Mr. Moreno is out of the woods and that he can hold on to power until election time. No, Sir.

In the end, Veritas Liberavit Vos.

Here’s my take:

While we were taught in law school that our Supreme Court is the last bulwark of democracy, it is beyond any scintilla of any doubt that People Power is unquestionably the people’s last defense against tyranny as proven in the 1986 People Power. ‘

What is mind-boggling in the 22nd Division’s ruling in issuing the preliminary injunction are:

  • How come the Supreme Court, the highest judicial tribunal of the land, always called for oral arguments on transcendental matters while the 22ndDivision has the luxury of issuing a last minute controversial preliminary injunction without conducting an oral argument? Was it a case of a well-pad rest within the last 60 days?
  • How come the 22nddivision of the CA came out with such order only after the highly respected and well-admired Executive Justice Romulo Borja had to give tongue lashings to a few mercenaries masquerading as Kagay-anons?

Trust me, proper timing, never last minute, coupled with a wellesearched pleading by a seasoned and a respectable litigation lawyer asking for oral arguments will shut out the glaring arrogance of dismissed transition Moreno to its proper place on the streets–sipa lata!

Tsada, di ba.
