In his turnover message, Gildo R. Listano, Deputy Assistant Chief Technical Officer – Operation and Maintenance, NGCP, said the relief packs were given in response to the request of Tesda to support the latter’s relief operations for persons affected by the war in Marawi.

He said their company is not only transmitting electric power to distributors but it also distributes relief assistance in times of need such as the present hardships that the people of Marawi City are suffering.

He added that it is part of their corporate social responsibility to help in times of need.
