Northern Mindanao Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has successfully arrested a drug suspect tagged as Number 7 in the drug list of the Province of Misamis Occidental.
Joint elements of PDEA-10, MisOcc Special Enforcement Team together with Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-MisOcc, PNP Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit-MisOcc, and Oroquieta City Police Station under the direct supervision of PDEA-10 regional director Wilkins Villanueva identified the suspect as Iluminado Nuñez Seguisa, alias Loloy, 60, and a resident of Purok-4, Barangay Mobod, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental.
Villanueva said they rushed towards Seguisa after an informant positively identified the suspect’s presence inside his residence on Wednesday.
“We successfully implemented the Search Warrant No. 11-2018 which resulted to the arrest of the suspect and the recovery of P204,000 worth of suspected shabu,” he said.
A case for violation of RA 9165 was prepared for filing yesterday.
