MAYOR Oscar Moreno is set to deliver his office term-end report in time for the city’s 69th Charter anniversary today.
Hundreds are expected to gather around Kiosko Kagawasan in Divisoria starting at 7 am where Moreno is expected to discuss the city’s gains during his second office term, and detail his plans for the next three years.
Moreno would begin serving his third and final office term next month.
City administrator Teodoro Sabuga-a said Moreno’s address would be preceded by a mass to be officiated at Kiosko Kagawasan.
Sabuga-a said the mayor would likely talk about his administration’s eight-point agenda that has served as city hall’s guide since 2013.
He said Moreno is also expected to give an update on the government’s P8-billion “mega dike” project along Cagayan River.
Sabuga-a said he also expects Moreno to discuss plans to build hospitals in Lumbia and Tablon, more school buildings, Day Care centers, and more roads within the next years. (Nitz Arancon)
