Setting your fitness goals can help you achieve more, because it can help you put in extra effort and keep you motivated. Just like one of Cagayan de Oro’s most talented performers, Oreo Vamenta. He never loses hope to attain his fitness goals, although it’s really a challenge for him, still he pursue in doing it. He really don’t mind what other people would say about him, as long as he knows that what he did is good for him. Oreo was at 190lbs in September 2017 and now he weighs 155lbs.

Oreo was motivated to continue his journey because of the people around him, because for him it’s also important to keep company and know the story behind every person. “All I know is I have to continue this journey, for me to be able to inspire others, and for me to be able to help them as well.” Oreo said.

Aside from setting his fitness goals he also chose a nice and very convenient gym which is Anytime Fitness. “I loved Anytime Fitness because aside from the fact that it’s the only 24 hour gym, I also love the equipment, the treadmills are awesome, most specially the people, the members, and the staff. They are simply amazing”. He added.

We do hope that Oreo Vamenta inspires you to also pursue and set your fitness goals. Always remind yourself that your goal is important because it can help you boost and improve yourself.
