Oro police shines in Camp Alagar reg’l awards

THE Cagayan de Oro City Police Office has received various outstanding awards, including the much coveted “Best City Police Office” in the region, during the 118th Police Service anniversary celebration in Camp Alagar yesterday.

City police director Col. Henry Dampal received the top award on behalf of Cocpo. It was adjudged  as “Best City Police Office.”

Cocpo’s Police Station 5 was also given the “Best City Police Station” in the region award.

The City Mobile Force Company under Cocpo was adjudged as “Best Component.” Its commander, Maj. Alexy Sonido, received the “Best PCO for Operations.”

The top award was received by Dampal on behalf of Cocpo from Lt. Gen. Archie Francisco Gamboa, National Police deputy chief for operations.  (PR)
