THE implementation of city road projects amounting to P8.7 million is in the offing.
The City Council has approved an ordinance authorizing Mayor Oscar Moreno to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Public Works and Highways and the Department of the Interior and Local Government for the implementation of the three projects funded under the Special Local Road Fund for 2017.
The projects involve the rehabilitation and improvement of the Barangay Tignapoloan Road (P2.8 million) and Pagatpat-Camarahan Road (P3 million) and the Safety projects of Bayabas to NHA Road (P2.9 million).
The city government shall implement the approved projects in accordance with the approved program of work. (clo)
