Charged with murder were customs broker Joed Pasasadaba, 29, of Mountain View Homes in Barangay Balulang, and his driver, Siegfred Rojas, 37, of Caballero Compound, also in Balulang.

Macasandig police station commander Senior Insp. Abdul Alim Sumandar said Pasasadaba and Rojas tested positive for powder burns.

Sumandar said there was also a witness who said the two had a hand in the shooting death of Roy Ancajas, 45, of Cabantan St., Mabolo, Cebu City.

The shootout, he said, resulted from a heated argument.

Pasasadaba was also wounded.

He said there were other witnesses who claimed to have seen Rojas throwing a pistol believed to have been used in the shootings. Police found the pistol.
