A team of auditors from the Commission on Audit (COA) inspected the recently completed Water System Project of barangay Masibay, Nunongan, Lanao del Norte.
Municipal Planning and Development Officer Edgardo Villondo told this paper that he was tasked by Mayor Marcus Mamay to guide the COA Team together with the Municipal Administrator.
He said Mamay believes in transparent and accountable governance who wants every project in his municipality implemented properly.
“The project consists of an intake box at a spring source up on the mountainside, a reservoir at the vicinity of the village center, main supply lines from the source down to the reservoir and the communal faucets installed near clusters of of houses downstream,” he said.
