A “REMORSEFUL” waiter claimed to have gone to his former co-worker’s house to beg for forgiveness because he raped her. He ended up raping her again.
Police arrested the man who was caught in the act of sexually abusing a woman in Zone 12, upper Carmen, this city, on Sunday night.
Senior Insp. Mario Mantala of the Carmen police identified the suspect as 27-year-old waiter Angerme Caudor.
Mantala said Caudor was arrested by police officers who were patrolling the area.
The officers heard the noise inside the victim’s house and when they checked, they allegedly found him forcing himself into his former co-worker while her four children were also in the house.
The woman’s husband is reportedly working abroad.
Police alleged that they seized from the suspect suspected shabu.
During investigation, police found out that it was the second time for the woman, also 27 years, to be allegedly abused by Caudor. The first allegedly took place on Friday.
The suspect told investigators he returned to the house to ask forgiveness from his “friend” but “ambot kay natintal naman pud ko busa nahimo ko na pud ang maong sayop.”
