Due to the perennial complaint from the motorist of heavy traffic congestions along the Masterson Avenue during the morning peak and late afternoon, of which a long queuing of vehicles would build-up because of the narrow road along the former Pryce Plaza section going downhill. This Office would like to implement an emergency dry-run special traffic scheme along the area starting October 15, 2019 (Tuesday), purposely to improve the flow of traffic thereat, including its proximate vicinity.
The special traffic scheme will cover the period 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday thru Saturday, respectively, as follows:
TEMPORARY NO LEFT TURN:
a) All vehicles going downhill passing along Masterson Avenue are temporarily prohibited to turn left towards Vamenta Blvd., but instead to proceed directly at Rodelsa Circle prior proceeding to their respective destinations;
b) All vehicles going to Rodelsa Circle passing along Vamenta Blvd. are temporarily prohibited to turn left towards Kagay-an Bridge, but instead to turn right at Masterson Avenue and prior proceeding to their respective destinations. (RTA)
