City Administrator Teodoro Sabuga-a called on City Hall employees and department heads to pray for and give what they can to Engr. Isidro Obligado, who figured in a collision with a motorized vehicle in Cotabato late last week.
In a message during yesterday morning’s flag-raising ceremony and program hosted by the City Public Services Office, Sabuga-a said Obligado, who heads the Office of Building Official, tried to protect his daughter from a speeding motorcycle only to be accidentally hit on the head by the motorcycle rider.
Sabuga-a said Obligado had no funds to pay for his hospital confinement. He asked City Hall employees and department heads to donate what they can and invited them to a Mass held at the City Tourism Hall for Obligado’s recovery. (Stephen Capillas of City Information Office)
