Hedcor Bukidnon lauded Sta. Clara International Construction, its contractor for safeguarding the locals in the workplace while building the 25.4-MW Manolo Fortich Hydro 2 in the Province of Bukidnon. Through joint efforts, Hedcor and Sta Clara achieved its one millionth safe man-hours with no lost time incidents for the 672 individuals working in 400 days. Hedcor believes that safety is critical to its operations. It ensures to extend practices to its contractors to provide healthy construction en-vironment. Hedcor, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AboitizPower is building two hydropower plants in the province with a combined capacity of 68.8 megawatts. (PR)
