AN Army soldier died while his wife was injured in a motorcycle crash on a slippery road at Gmelina Street in Barangay Carmen Tuesday afternoon.
Traffic investigator Rey Corpuz identified the fatality as Sgt. JonellMontederamos who was assigned at the 4th Infantry Division in Barangay Patag.
Dr. AcleLuzuriaga of the Polymedic Plaza Hospital said the victim died of head injuries.
Sgt. Montederamos was with his wife Rosalyn when the accident took place.
Police said Montederamos and his wife were south-bound on a 125cc MC Motorstar 125cc when the accident happened because of the slippery road at around 4:30 pm.
