Iligan City — The principal of Iligan City National High School said they will verify if the minor caught in a buy-bust operation earlier this week is a student in their school.

“We will make verification on reported drug suspect caught by NBI,” said Rex Razo, ICNHS principal.

This is in the aftermath of a raid by the National Bureau of Investigation early this week in which among those nabbed was allegedly a student of ICNHS. Razo said that as of the moment, they cannot yet ascertain the identity of the student if indeed this is true, and or whether the person is really a student of their school.

“If there are problems in the school, he said, they will always do something to address the problem.”

Razo said they have had problems with their students in the past like nightly rumbles near their school. But, he said, they have already addressed the problem.
