Soiree 2019: Old Hollywood

It was an amazing evening at this year’s biggest gathering of Hair and Makeup Artists (HMUAs), fashion designers, wedding and events suppliers at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel for this year’s installment of Soiree.

This year, Soiree took us back in time with the glitz and glamour of “Old Hollywood” guests and VIPs in their respective classic Hollywood attires made the event classy, sophisticated with top-notch performances directed by EVNTS IN STYLE by Ian Nuer.

This annual event was slated on November 20, and wasn’t only about dressing up in your best outfits and showcasing the talents of Mindanao’s HMUAs. Soiree serves as a yearly thanksgiving for the wedding and events suppliers for a fruitful year. Thus, Soiree at heart is also a charity ball, it highlights this season’s spirit of giving back to the community through its chosen charity the St. Joseph’s Golden Home Foundation Inc., (home for the Elderly) represented by Sr. Gliceria E. Guising MCM.

One of the event highlight last November 20 was a “Fashion Show” HMUAs from different part of Mindanao and Cagayan de Oro’s leading fashion designers showcased their creations and works by Alma Mae Roa, Benjie S. Manuel, Joshua N. Guibone, Juniel Doring, and Mavy Cooper de Leon.

Meanwhile, Jaya Nacalaban, Kylie Alison Mondragon , Fritsie Raagas Albarece, Iarth Daluz Ranis, Vanessa Amolin, Normain Dacasum Arimao, Kevin Reginales, Aishannie P. Pacasum, Kerk Jaca Sorilla, Twinkle Adiong Salic, Ryan Montelibano, Glixx Ken Ken Emata, and Dazyle Labuanan Cagampang also showcased their talents with the brush during the fashion show.
