He claimed that doing this would bring transparency for the people of Cagayan de Oro.

Di ko ganahan nga ma utro tong nahitabo nga daghan kaayo mga unclaimed (assistance) gusto nako buhatan ug system ug national law nga dili na to mausab,” he said.

He further promised to prioritize this bill at the Lower House should he be elected into office.

Kinahanglan na himoon ug something concrete and very specific and very strict nga wala gyuy lusot,” Suan said.

Another priority bill that he is eyeing is the tax amnesty bill which according to him will aid local entrepreneurs here especially in this time of the pandemic.

He said these businessmen could no longer afford to seek business permits because of “daghan na kayo bayrunon.”

He also mentioned market vendors that also need to have economic relief which he added that he wanted to give them lesser rents.

Suan claimed he is a better choice to represent the city’s 1st district than incumbent Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin Uy, who is also gunning for the same post.
