COUNCILOR Lordan Suan has proposed a study at the committee level on unjustly placed obstructions along the roads in barangays and within urban areas.
Suan cited the directive of President Duterte in his 2019 State of the Nation Address to rid the roads of illegal structures and obstructions, to which the DILG issued Memorandum Circular No. 2019-121.
In line with the directive, Suan expressed gladness that the Roads and Traffic Administration is presently doing a great job in clearing the sidewalks. (sp)
