Misamis Oriental Election Supervisor Carlito Ravelo told the Gold Star Daily the deadline for a candidate’s withdrawal or substitution has been set because the Commission on Elections (Comelec) will start printing the official ballots by Dec. 11.

He said all the names of the candidates for next year’s election—from the presidential down to the municipal and city councilors hopefuls from across the country—would be printed on Comelec’s official ballots.
