Power producer STEAG State Power Inc. (SPI) extended support for the upgrading of camp facilities at the 58th Infantry Battalion based in Claveria, Misamis Oriental. About P38t worth of construction materials were turned-over recently for the improvement of soldiers headquarters and billeting facilities. 58th IB Commanding Officer Lt. Col. Francis Carandang (2-L) said SPI’s generosity reaffirms the company’s commitment to community-development initiatives that goes far beyond providing electric power to the island of Mindanao.
