THREE beneficiaries of the Bureau of Correction’s Good Conduct Time Allowance surrendered to authorities.
Capt. Mario Mantala, Jr of Police Station 6 identified the surrenderers as Renante Tiburcio, 39, married, resident of Zone 1, Estakahan, Agusan; Quintin Asis Jr., 43, single, resident Zone 1 Bantiles, Bugo; and Roy Roger Baguio, 38, resident of Zone 5 Upper, Bantiles, Bugo, this city.
In his report, Mantala said all three GCTA beneficiaries surrendered at Police Station 6 in Barangay Puerto at 3:00 pm, Monday.
This, after they received notification from the Bucor in Davao Prison and Penal Farm signed by Chief Senior Supt. Melencio Faustino.
Per certificate of discharge from prison, Renante Hermoso who was sentenced on Jan. 26, 2002 for Carnapping and Frustrated Homicide was released last Nov. 16, 2018; Quintin Asis y Peligrino who was sentenced on Jan. 21, 2016 for violation of Sec, Par of RA 10591, released on march 6, 2018; Roy Roger Ragmac who was sentenced May 29, 2009 for violation of Sec 11, Art 2 of RA 9165 was released on April 11, this year.
