THE City Prosecutor’s Office here has created a panel of prosecutors to look into the complaint for frustrated murder filed by ambushed Supt. Michael John Deloso against two of his fellow policemen.

The panel is headed by city prosecutor  Charisse Galarita-Bitoon with assistant prosecutors Luie Borja and Randy Ilisan as members.

The panel would assess Deloso’s complaint, and would send a subpoena to the respondents.

Deloso filed the complaint against SPO1 Ian Quitoriano and PO3 Amir Arabe of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit on Dec. 20, 2018, exactly a month after he survived a broad daylight ambush near the capitol here.
