And it is the breadbasket of our country. But because we have been treated by Imperial Manila as second-class citizens at the most since 1935 or for 81 long and excruciating years, of the 15 elected presidents, not one came from Mindanao. This is so only because we allowed ourselves to be bullied by Imperial Manila, the trapos and the filthy rich. What a shame! Now that we have proven to our countrymen that we have the necessary force in Mindanao alone--14 million voters, more or less, of the 54 million voters in the country--to elect a president from our very own paradise-like islands of Mindanao, our long obsession to have a president from our own islands of Mindanao has become a magnificent obsession, and an idea that has come of age and therefore unstoppable, according to Victor Hugo. Not only that, of the five “presidentiables,” only our very own Davao Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte is the one and only clamor of the people even as the others are there only for their own vested interests, thus:
  • Mar Roxas is the perfect icon for inefficiency cum aristocratic arrogance, not to mention use of government men, facilities and logistics. Everybody knows that PNoy’s mantra of tuwid na daan is nothing more than selective justice and the unprecedented graft and corrupt practices by the President’s men, women and LGBTs in the cabinet and those in the corridors of power.
Not only that, Roxas has admitted that he uses on lease kuno a chopper owned by a person who has small-scale mining permit but has mined areas far wider and longer than what is allowed by his own permit, which is undoubtedly a violation of the Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, particularly Section 3 (e) of RA 3019. What is unforgivable is that 44 brave SAF commandos were slaughtered like stray animals by the barbaric and treacherous conjoined twins of the MILF-BIFF during Mar’s watch, and yet he has the gall to claim innocence of the murders of our police officers. Wa ka kyapi!
  • Vice President Jejomar Binay who has reigned the financial district of our country on the grand propaganda of being a poor boy from the Ilocos region, whose parents according to himself, died in abject poverty and unable to buy medicines for themselves but, in the recently concluded symposium dubbed as a debate in our City of Golden Friendship, he shamelessly and callously alleged that he acquired his unexplained wealth through inheritance from his parents. By his own mouth, he convicted himself of unexplained wealth.
  • Grace Poe, the ambitious newbie foundling, by her own admission, is clearly not a natural born Filipino because our 1987 Constitution has defined those who are natural-born citizens and a foundling is not one of them. Further, an International law cannot supplant our own Constitution. No matter how her lawyers twisted the facts of the case, latest decisions of the Supreme Court mandate that the 10-year residency is a mandatory and clear provision of law that affords no room for interpretation. Because by her own admission in her certificate of candidacy, her renunciation of her American citizenship was only in July 2006, therefore she lacks the residency requirement by two months, at the very least. To prove that her lawyers and financiers are intentionally muddling the issues, the latest decision on the Arnado case in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte is not about natural-born citizenship but more on the issue of citizenship other than natural-born citizenship (a foundling is a citizen but not a natural-born citizen and residency to qualify for the position of a mayor. Besides, would it not be absurd or the height of insanity to have a president whose husband and children are all Americans? And if Grace truly loved her adopted father, the famous FPJ, as she has belatedly claim, why did she not renounce her American citizenship when her adoptive father, FPJ, ran for the presidency, when she was needed most by FPJ at that time? Is she that selfish?
  • Mariam Defensor Santiago, although brave and brilliant, has admitted that she is a Cancer-4 patient who has refused to reveal her doctor’s reading of her fitness to stand the rigors of the national campaign. Further, in the last symposium, she clearly showed real signs of physical weakness, and could not even remember to recall some questions asked of her, when she asked: “What were the other questions?”
It is for this reason and more that the few members of the Barog Pederal Mindanao, with our very limited financial resources, are implementing what we call the hand-to-mouth-generosity, otherwise known as the ant-type strategy of maximizing the strength of warm bodies over dirty money and its evil consequences. Enough of thieves in our country, all coming from Imperial Manila! Right now, Barog Pederal Mindanao is unifying and strengthening Mindanao so much so that we are confident we can easily duplicate if not, multiply many times over what we have successfully done since the opening salvo last February 9, and during the first-ever presidential symposium mistakenly called a debate last 21 February 2016. To repeat, practically all of the hakots for that recently concluded symposium – those paid at least P200 per person plus t-shirts, packed food and juice by the moneyed handlers of Binay, Poe, Roxas for the un-event last Feb. 21, were the warm bodies of the Barog Pederal Mindanao (BPM) and the many other volunteers of the Duterte-Cayetano team. Sobra ka na Imperial Manila, the trapos and the filthy rich. Sa Mindanao na ta. Duterte-Cayetano pa more! Tsada di ba?
