Rodriguez’ unsurpassed accomplishments during his three consecutive terms in Congress will, without fail, prove to be the compelling reason for a landslide victory of the Rufus Harus Team in the May 9, 2016 elections in our city. Further, the confusing signal brought about by the open defection of the uncontested snoring king in Congress--who else but Klarex Uy?-- and his so-called intact and strengthened force for dismissed transition Mayor Oscar S. Moreno will prove to be the final nail to completely seal the coffin for all the candidates running under the Liberal Party in our city. As we all know by now, the partnership by convenience of dismissed transition Mayor Moreno and the sleeping chameleon nicknamed Klarex who almost immediately after jumping ship to another faster sinking boat of the Hyatt 10 and the Aquino-Cojuangco ruling elitist dynasty, came back and declared that their union has remained intact and even strengthened, is but waiting for its burial.  Because Klarex is also known throughout the first district of our city as a greedy non-performing congressman whose expertise other than snoring during sessions of the Congress, is a clear photocopy of dismissed transition Mayor Moreno, he probably thought that as birds of the same color, he would succeed--he even thought he did, as the banner photo of this paper showed on Monday. So, it did not take long for Klarex to rejoin Oca, and thus ensured the group’s demise even before the elections. Here is my take on the partnership by convenience between Moreno and Uy:
  • Both Moreno and Uy are protégés of former Mayor Vicente Y. Emano, and yet both, by reason of debilitating greed spawned by ingratitude and laced with jealously, mercilessly lambasted the now gravely ailing Emano who is definitely the person to whom they owe their births and unexplained wealth in public service. How ingrate the two could be!
  • Beyond the shadow of any doubt, both Moreno and the snoring king, Congressman Uy, came from humble beginnings, but are now among the few unwanted millionaires with huge unexplained wealth. Ergo, both are selfish and ungrateful protégés who are headed for the jails.
  • The congressional records of both Moreno and Uy are too shallow, at best, for comfort. In fact, both of them greatly gained unexplained wealth at the expense of their constituents as displayed continuously, ad infinitum, in social media.
  • If the elections are held today, both Moreno and Uy would lose their seats by landslide votes for Rufus Rodriguez and Councilor Candy Darimbang, respectively, without any shadow of doubt.
  • Both Moreno and Uy are known in public as selfish beyond compare for having the penchant of keeping to themselves all the manna, and they do not even give the crumbs to their cohorts. Otherwise stated, “Pinakahangol nga mga boksidor.”
  • Since the presidential candidates of both Moreno and Uy--Roxas and Grace Llamanzares, respectively--are definitely going to be crushed and pulverized by the overwhelming love-votes of the 22 teeming millions of disgruntled and long abused poor Filipinos all over the country, necessarily a bandwagon effect will definitely multiply the votes for Rufus Rodriguez and all of the Rufus Harus Team. Not a single local candidate of the Liberal Party for mayor, vice mayor and for the city council, will survive the tsunami-like love-votes for the unified Duterte-Rodriguez team in the city.
  • Right now, both Vice President Jejomar Binay and Mar Roxas are definitely out of the race. And this fact is the very reason why the greedy Liberal Party scalawags, headed by PNoy, the puppet of the Hyatt 10, have now junked Roxas in favor of the Filipino foundling but not a natural-born Filipino named Grace who is married to a former manager of the largest spy agency in the world, nicknamed Niel, whose children are all American citizens.
Unfortunately for the ruling elites, the filthy rich and the greedy trapos in Imperial Manila, Davao Mayor Rodrigo “Super Digong” Roa Duterte has been confirmed by world wide web as a super rockstar phenomenon; hence, unbeatable even if the Comelec will, God forbid, allow the few illegal operators in their office in the unholy alliance with the fraudulent manipulators of the VCMs (Victorious Count for Mar) which, until recently, was known as the OMR-Oplan Mar Roxas. To assuage and lessen the anxiety of our 22 million Cebuano-speaking Filipinos spread all over our country, I have visited recently the shadowy and clandestine-underground rightist-nationalists. With what our die-hard warriors have shown me, our countrymen can now rest assured that there are more than enough warm bodies armed with dos por dos and other IT tools, who are ready, willing and able to completely block and frustrate whatever cheating scheme all the above fraudulent manipulators are mulling ever since the Comelec has decided to extend the endangered life of the digital dagdag-bawas machines. In fact, 286 warm bodies are now monitoring 24/7 the 93,000 VCMs and 858 of our die-hard supporter-volunteers are watching with eagle-eyes the BEIs – Board of Election Inspectors. Let us not, however, be complacent especially because money embezzled from government coffers, is now flooding the Comelec and the Smartmatic as well as the homes of the BEIs. In the meantime, the IT savvy volunteers are now documenting the making of yet another first in the world – producing and packaging a sure-winner phenomenon without the usual finances and political machinery. This time, what is happening in the national scene is replicated if not, multiplied in Cagayan de Oro. Now that a landslide victory for the Duterte-Cayetano team is a certainty, let us continue with our firm, robust and undisputed stronghold of all the social media even as we multiply 24/7 our warm bodies among the youth of all walks (between 18 up to 30 year olds) as well as our repentant seniors (60 and above) – those who could have made a difference during their heydays but chose to be greedy and insensitive to the plight of our brothers, sisters and LGBTs in dire need of help. The beauty of the Duterte phenomenon is that all the money and the touted political machineries of the Liberal Party, the UNA and that of the hastily formed and organized political party by the Cojuangco-Aquino dynasty are cracking at the very core, hopelessly confused and are about to sink straight down the bottom. Duterte and Rufus Rodriguez pa more! Tsada, di ba?
