“Our tea is a 100% tea leaf we do not open any powder, there are milk teas that are powder base – you do not know what is in the powder, In what we (Island tea co.) brew you can see what we put in your milk teas because you get to choose from a variety of tea leafs in our Jars that are displayed in our counter .”
Adding that “Our teas have a lot of health benefits because our teas are high in antioxidant it can help with boost your immune system, maintain your blood sugar and pressure,” Santos concluded.
Today, tea is closely associated with mil tea, however real tea gives you great health benefits while milk tea’s due to its high sugar content can cause harm if not drank moderately and you can’t taste the “tea” anymore in most milk teas offered.
