A HIGH-value target drug suspect has been arrested in a buy-bust operation here in the city, authorities reported over the weekend. Senior Insp. Maricris Mulat, chief of the City Anti-Drug Enforcement Unit, said they arrested Jovelyn Moreno, 30, in Agora Road, Barangay Lapasan last Wednesday afternoon. The Balingasag Police, Mulat said, has tagged Moreno as a high-value target. Confiscated from Moreno were two sachets of suspected shabu weighing six grams with an estimated value of P36,000, cellphone, and P500 marked money. (a.l. ricalde)
