CAGAYAN de Oro City Police operatives arrested a 44-year-old Barangay Bayabas resident in a buy-bust operation over the weekend.
Cagayan de Oro City Police Director Aaron Mandia, identified the suspect as Rolly Deluta aka ‘Bobong,’ single, and a resident of Zone 7 of the said barangay.
He was arrested by the raiding team assigned at police station 3 in Agora led by Police Capt. Ernesto Sanchez near the former's residence at 6 pm, Saturday.
Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were 12 sachets containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated street value of P20,400, a mobile phone, and P1,000 buy-bust money.
Deluta is currently under detention at the said police station awaiting the filing of appropriate charges.
