BUKIDNON police arrested a 40-year-old driver for a statutory rape charge yesterday evening.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Bukidnon Provincial Police Director, identified the suspect as Randy Pabellan alias ‘Milo,’ married, and a resident of Purok Tala sa Umaga, Barangay Salawagan, Quezon of the said province.
The suspect, who is the 2nd most wanted person in Balingoan town in Misamis Oriental, was arrested by personnel assigned at Quezon Municipal Police Station, together with 1003rd MC, Regional Mobile Force 10, and Balingoan police yesterday at 7 pm.
Judge Oscar Abella of the Regional Trial Court-10, Branch 42, Medina, Misamis Oriental, who issued the warrant of arrest on October 13, disallowed the suspect to post bail.
