Cops nab 53-year-old man for acts of lasciviousness

FOR a charge of acts of lasciviousness, a 53-year-old man was arrested by the police and is now inside a jail in Bukidnon.

Police Provincial Director Jun Mark Lagare, identified the suspect as Benito Hermosilla, Jr., married, and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay New Visayas, Dangcagan of the said province.

Lagare said a team from Dangcacan police station led by Police Lt. Roy Yacapin together with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Bukidnon, arrested the suspect at his residence last Tuesday at about 12:45 pm.

The raiding team was armed with a warrant of arrest for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to Republic Act 7610 issued by Judge Wilfredo Bibera Jr, of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 46, Malaybalay City.

A bail bond was recommended at P200,000 for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
