A 36-year-old drug personality was arrested by authorities during a buy-bust operation yesterday at 10 am.

Police Lt. Raymond Lumapay, El Salvador City Police Station chief, identified the suspect as Rolando Colansi alias ‘Rolando Espinosa,’ married, a resident of Zone 7, Barangay Ulaliman of the said city, Misamis Oriental.

Confiscated during the operation was a big sachet of transparent cellophane containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated street value of P32,640, and a P500 bill of buy-bust money.

The suspect is now temporarily detained at the El Salvador police station mini-cell for booking and proper disposition.

Confiscated items were brought to Forensic Unit 10 for qualitative and quantitative examination.
