OPERATIVES arrested one of the most wanted persons in Bukidnon in relation to the four counts of Violence Against Women and Children charges.
Police Col. Reynante Reyes, Provincial Police Director, identified the suspect as Jovy Feguroa, 27, married, and a resident of San Vicente, Barangay Tongantongan, Valencia City of the said province.
He was arrested Wednesday at 7 pm, this week, by members of the Valencia police under the supervision of Police Col. Edward Agpalza, together with the Regional Mobile Force Batallion-10, and 1003rd Maneuver Company at his residence.
Feguroa, who was tagged by the police as the 7th most wanted person at the city level, is the respondent to a case filed in court in relation to Violence Against Women and Children under Republic Act 9262.
The judge recommended a P288,000 bail for his temporary freedom.
