A 42-year-old habal-habal driver was arrested for selling prohibited drugs in a buy-bust operation by the police last Tuesday in Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.
Police Col. Aaron Mandia, Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) Director, identified the suspect as Jeremias Clamor II alias ‘Bobong,’ married, presently residing at Zone 10-E, Moco Zayas, of the said barangay.
The incident took placed at Zone 1, Lerio street at 3'Oclock pm by elements assigned at Police Station 3 Agora led by Police Capt. Ernesto Sanchez.
Recovered from the suspect were five sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P34,000, P500 marked money used in the buy-bust, and some personal belongings.
The operation was witnessed by Barangay Councilor Kristian Dale Dabatian of the said barangay and Department of Justice representative Jeffrey Grafe.
The suspect is now in police station station 3 custodial facility awaiting filing of a case.
