FORMER Medina, Misamis Oriental mayor Antonio Reyes Sr. on Saturday. He was 81. Reyes was declared dead by a physician at the Bagong Lipunan Hospital in Gingoog City at around 1:45 am July 11 He reportedly had a cardiac arrest. Reyes served as mayor of Medina from 1981 to 1986, and was president of the Misamis Oriental II Rural Electric Service Cooperative (Moresco II), and served in the cooperative’s board for 11 years.
