The 63rd Raising of the National Flag at the Provincial Capitol marked the beginning of National Consumers Month, in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the banner theme "Gen S: Generation Sustainable." This occasion not only highlighted unity and patriotism but also recognized exceptional achievements within the province.

First, the Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO) received recognition as the Best Performing PESO in Region 10 since 2018. Next, the Nutrition Division of the Provincial Health Office (PHO) achieved the Circle of Excellence Hall of Fame Award for their relentless efforts to combat stunting among the province's youth.

Additionally, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) was also honored with the Bronze Award in the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).

Moreover, Architect Joseph O. Arao-arao secured the First Prize in the 18th GSIS National Art Competition.

The Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO) organized the Linggo ng Kabataan event, featuring youth talents winning the Digital Poster Making, Mobile Photography, and Spoken Word Poetry. And lastly, the Civil Service Month Sports Fest, held in September 2023 at the Provincial Capitol, were recognized for their achievements in various sporting disciplines, including Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Volleyball, Dart, and Table Tennis.

Governor Peter "Sr. Pedro" M. Unabia's leadership, dedicated to celebrating excellence and sustainability, has made an enduring impact on the community. These achievements underline the province's unwavering commitment to progress and inclusivity through the governor’s Paglaum Strategic Agenda focusing on Participatory Governance.
