A JEEPNEY driver in Iligan city is now in jail after he was arrested by authorities in a buy-bust operation, yesterday at 12:30 pm.

Police Capt. Glenn Niere of the Iligan Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU), identified the suspect as Henry Dondoy, 34, married, and residing at Purok 7, Barangay Tipanoy of the said city.

His companion, a certain Dandy Balaba of Barangay Tubod of the same city is still at large.

Seized during the operation were three sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 5.1 grams and having an estimated street value of P32,000, and several illegal drug paraphernalia.

The suspect is now temporarily detained at the mini-cell of the said station for proper disposition.
