Gingoog City — A man was charged  of usurpation of authority, extortion and illegal drugs before the City Prosecution Office  here on Tuesday. Senior Supt. Roel Lamiing Gingoog Chief of Police identified the suspect as Glen Calang, 33, single, and a resident of Kapisnon Zone 6, Kauswagan in Cagayan de Oro City. The suspect extorted money from  the victim stall holder at said bus terminal by indentifying himself as member of the Philippine National Police that occured arround 9 am Sunday morning, said Lamiing.
