To celebrate the first anniversary of the Misamis Oriental Care System—MisOrCares—the Provincial Capitol will be honoring outstanding employees, among other activities, yesterday. In a press statement, Governor Yevgeny Emano will also inaugurate a section of the first floor lobby of the Capitol which will serve the information and education needs on matters regarding MisOrCares. “I have never anticipated, repeat, never anticipated that this program will draw such tremendous response from the community. We have designed and implemented the right program at the right time that benefited the right people who needed most help,” Gov. Emano said in the statement. On July 11, the last day of the week-long anniversary celebration, Gov. Emano will acknowledge and give due recognition through an appropriate award some 25outstanding workers of MisOrCares, most of whom are frontliners assigned to barangays in the hinterlands.
