New ABC president sworn in

By Edwin Iyo, Correspondent BARANGAY Chairman Leonard Winstanley has taken his oath of office on Monday at the provincial capitol as an ex officio member of the Sanggu-niang Panlalawigan to represent the Association of Barangay Councils (ABC) by Gov. Yevgeny Vincente Emano swore Winstanley into office. Talisayan Mayor Rom-mel C. Maslog said Win-stanley served as provincial vice president of the ABC under ABC president Mario Emano from Tagaloan town. He will be replacing Emano after the latter won in the May 9 Elections as board member. Winstanley was also a member of Sangguniang Bayan of Talisayan town representing 19 barangays of the eastern town of the province. He is the barangay chairman of Barangay San Jose in the said municipality.
