THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session this week has approved the application of the city government for Alteration of Plan of a portion of the Indahag Relocation Site Phase 1 and 2 subdivision projects in Barangay Indahag.
The alteration plan includes the decrease in size of two lots at Block 2 from 30 lots to 28 lots; increase of two lots at Block 3 to 33 lots, consolidation of saleable lots at Block 8 and its conversion to open spaces, all in Phase 1, while in Phase 2, the plan involves the decrease of saleable lots at Blocks 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 12, 17, and 20.
It also includes the consolidation of saleable lots at Blocks 1, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 14, and 24 into one lot; a decrease of the lot area of Blocks 3, 13, and 16; the consolidation of saleable lots at Block 25 and conversion into community facilities, parks and playground; and the change in the location and area of the subdivision's open spaces.
The legislation was reviewed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar Cabanlas and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively. (SP)
