THE Philippines Center for Investigative Journalism PCIJ has done its three legs tiered Workshops Training of the Reporting on Human Rights, which the 3rd leg happened on March 28 at B Hotel in Quezon City.
The said 3rd leg of the workshop training participated from various media personalities nationwide which was moderated by veteran journalist Ed Lingao of TV 5
The said event was done to give importance to how to make a news story related to human rights without bias that involves women, children, including LGBT, and those in the areas of armed conflicts as emphasized by Rowena Paraan PCIJ Training Director.

The first leg of the event occurred in every province and city in the countries in previous months as announced by PCIJ Training Director Paraan.
Then the second leg (the regional level) of the event happened in the following weeks also done nationwide during the forum.
In Cagayan de Oro City the Provincial level was held at N Hotel last January 22 and it was by 6 selected media personalities lead veteran Froilan Gallardo
The 2nd leg of the event (regional level) was held at Seda Hotel also in Cagayan de Oro City on February 28 participated from Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, and from Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur last February 28.
And the final leg was held in Quezon City in Metro Manila.
