Members of the Cagayan de Oro City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office are setting-up the software tools needed in implementing the quick emergency response center that is similar to Davao City’s Central 911. With its implementation, the city will be virtually watched over by the local government to ensure a safer and more livable place.(CIO/PIA10)
