Social welfare office: Child dev’t centers not allowed to collect fees

The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) discourages the 196 Child Development Centers (CDCs) to collect fees from the parents of children aged three to four during the enrollment and other activities of the schools. This has been agreed during the Early Childhood Care and Development Coordinating Committee (ECCDCC) meeting held recently in Cagayan de Oro City. (cio)
