POLICE the other day arrested two suspected pushers in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City.
A total of P204,000 worth of suspected shabu were seized from the possession of Rhonagym Montero, 25, residing at Yacapin extension, Barangay 25, and Math Francis Calculus Lebita 25, a resident of Xavier heights, Upper Balulang, both are unemployed and of this city.
Cagayan de Oro City Police Office Director Aaron Mandia said the suspects were apprehended by elements of Agora police headed by Police Capt. Ernesto Sanchez at about 5:25 pm at Valenzuela Street, Lapasan, also of this city.
Confiscated from the suspects were six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated weight of 30 grams, and 1,000 buy-bust money.
Both suspects are now currently detained at Police station 3 in Agora pending filing of charges.
